All HiKINEX hires are NLE Certified; Lead Generators and Recruiters will have completed our multi-module Lead Generation Training Program and Foundation Training (as appropriate). Hikinex’s emphasis on cold-calling expertise combined with NLE’s Foundation Training allows recruiting hires to not just act as an outsourced resource, but an extension of your firm and team. HiKINEX roles are built for client-facing recruiting, sales, and SDR positions where cold-calling and live conversations are core to success

An Employer of Record (EOR) is a third-party organization that handles employment and compliance, allowing firms to hire employees without setting up a legal entity or using an outsourcer.

Hikinex partners with your business, employing your staff on your behalf, and handling all HR functions, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, tax, and compliance. Employees have greater employment stability, security, benefits, insurance, tax assistance, oversight, training and safeguards against data/IP breaches. Simply put, this structure offers significant benefits for both companies and hires, providing consistency, comprehensive benefits, and reduced legal risks. This shift can foster a more motivated, secure, and productive workforce, ultimately benefiting both the business and the individual.

There are no hidden fees, start up, or technology costs when hiring through HiKINEX.

No fee is owed, and we will continue searching and providing candidates until filled or unless otherwise directed.
Be open to dialogue on changing some of the approaches and potential candidates. While you are an expert in your niche, we are experts in ours! Let us help you and trust us to deliver and course correct as we go if needed. Another factor that truly impacts results, is giving us access to schedule calls on your calendar to eliminate prolonging the hiring process. With these global candidates, time is not on our side and we need to move quickly, as most of them are actively interviewing with 2-3 other offices. We are in this together and are both rowing in the same direction, towards the same goal.
HiKINEX has an English-only policy within the company to train staff on how to converse fluently in English. The team also spends time in improving everyone’s vocabulary and it’s all done within HiKINEX’s company time, not yours. The US-based senior management team is hyper-engaged with the International teams, giving them a daily news digest to keep up with current events in the US. HiKINEX even provides staff with their own Netflix accounts, with the condition of only watching American shows and movies! For security, they are well-versed in IP locking and two-factor authentication upon your request.

Invoices will be sent directly from HiKINEX; fees will be taken out and then the firm will pay your recruiter directly.

You can settle payment however you’d like (ACH or credit card) via Stripe.

All hires made through Hikinex are provided with the basic equipment needed to perform their role. This includes Laptops/Computers, Zoom Phone Lines, Headset & Mic, Mouse, Keyboard, & Camera.

You are responsible for providing your hire with any technology/apps that you want them to utilize (ATS, LinkedIn, Outlook, etc). Hikinex also offers technology packages to include Indeed, HireEZ, and/or ZoomInfo, and can provide pricing upon request.

If anything goes awry with your hire and you need a replacement, our Global Talent Partner, HiKINEX, enables us to bring in a new consultant and facilitate a one-week overlap between the two, ensuring a smooth transition to your new consultant.

 

BPO Wizard:
Research, Sourcing & Back-Office Support Only
